Do you collect rent or handle deposits?
No - our focus is property support and maintenance coordination. In England, businesses carrying out lettings/property management agency work must join a government-approved redress scheme, and CMP applies if they hold client money.
Do you carry out gas safety checks?
We can coordinate bookings, but gas safety checks must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Can you attend emergencies?
We can offer keyholding and agreed attendance, then coordinate the appropriate contractor response.
Do you do refurb projects end-to-end?
We provide coordination and project support—scoping, quotes, scheduling, check-ins and snag tracking.
